Cyclistic – Differences Between Casual Riders and Annual Members

This case study was completed as part of the Google Data Analytics Certificate program. In this project, I assumed the role of a data analyst working with the marketing team for a fictional company, Cyclistic, a Chicago-based bike-share service.

The objective of the analysis is to examine the differences between annual members and casual riders. The team would then use my insights to design a new marketing strategy that would convert casual riders into annual members.

Even though Cyclistic is a fictional company, the data is real and comes from Lyft Bikes and Scooters, LLC and has been made available by Motivate International Inc. under this license
